“Diana is great! She took the time to listen and ask questions about our dogs to ensure the best care. We have 2 dogs with very different personalities and Diana was able to "get" both of them and treat them differently so they're both comfortable and happy. Communication is easy, we got detailed notes of every visit and cute pictures. One of our dogs is very shy so she isn't a fan of new people, but she's curious about Diana and felt comfortable enough to sniff her. Our other dog is in love with her new bestie! She now looks at the door whenever I tell her Diana will come later :) Highly recommend.”
